There is no compensation possible in any way for missed component. Any missed component from the package can not be shifted to the next day / next slot.

Amendment is subject to availability of the tents/ cottages and will be treated as per the cancellation policy.

On the spot booking is not possible. You have to book accommodation at Tent city in advance as you have to show your booking voucher at the Check post to enter in the Tent city.

Your booking includes everything mentioned in itinerary you have received at the time of your booking.

For failed transaction, you can try to make payment aging with proper payment methods. If booking is not done after deduction of amount, generally amount is reversed in your transaction source within 5 working days. For both the cased you can call or write us on the contact details given on the website.

Maximum 3 person can stay in one tent / cottage.

Wheelchairs (without assistant) are available on request. Availability of wheelchair is limited. Reception, restaurant, rooms and bathrooms are Specially abled people friendly. Apart from Specially abled people, wheelchairs are available for elderly peoples as well.

We regret that pets are not allowed.

Early Check-in and / or late Check-out in the tent / cottage are subject to availability. Guest can wait to the reception after arrival or room check-out if early check- in / late check-out is not possible. Also, there are plenty of the places to visit nearby.

Yes. Driver accommodation facility is available at Narmada Tent city. As the no. of beds are limited for driver accommodation, it will be on first come first serve basis. This facility is Not available at Statue of unity Tent city.

Standard lunch time is 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm. If you are doing Late Check-in, inform reception about the same. You can request for packed lunch to be kept in your tent/ cottage.

Yes. Guest who has booked Tent city can bring their personal vehicles to Tent city. Tent city has free parking facility available.
