On the spot booking is not possible. You have to book accommodation at Tent city in advance as you have to show your booking voucher at the Check post to enter in the Tent city.

For failed transaction, you can try to make payment aging with proper payment methods. If booking is not done after deduction of amount, generally amount is reversed in your transaction source within 5 working days. Early Check-in and / or late Check-out in the tent / cottage are subject to availability. Guest can wait to the reception after arrival or room check-out if early check- in / late check-out is not possible. Also, there are plenty of the places to visit nearby.

Yes. Driver accommodation facility is available at Narmada Tent city. As the no. of beds are limited for driver accommodation, it will be on first come first serve basis. This facility is Not available at Statue of unity Tent city.

Standard lunch time is 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm. If you are doing Late Check-in, inform reception about the same. You can request for packed lunch to be kept in your tent/ cottage.

Yes. Guest who has booked Tent city can bring their personal vehicles to Tent city. Tent city has free parking facility available.

SOU Complex has museum, audio-visual gallery, sound and light show (in the evening only), exhibition centre, etc. There is an observation Deck at the Chest level of the SOU which gives excellent panoramic view of the surroundings. There are two lifts to reach at observation Deck.
